Standing against the wall
solid and strong
ancient wood smells
beeswax polish.

Intricate carvings
recently plucked
flowers, fruit and leaves
oak wood harvest.

Lined with knowledge
modern and old
multitude of colours
beautifully bound.

A brief and wonderful poem that only lacks some minor punctuation---needs a little more to guide the reader.

    Thanks for sharing this.
