A girl walks down the street
People stop and stare
No the good kind that you'd think
There is no kindness there
Judged by the way she looks
The way she talks, too
They hate the fact that she stands out
More than me and you
Another girl, a different world
Walks down the street alone
She's over weight, and depressed
Her confidence all gone
People laugh and stare
Like she's a freak in a zoo
What they don't realize
Is that she's like them, too
It doesn't matter what you talk like
Or the color of your skin
It doesn't matter if you fat
It's what lies within
I know it sounds cliche
I know it sounds like another lie
Just like another adult
Thinking that they know our lives...

Good message here. Nice flow. A couple of spelling/grammar errors, but otherwise good.
Good luck in my contest!
Thanks for entering,
