with reasoning common sense
or whack on behind.
mother always there
with love comfort tender care
your allowance too.
mothers very nice
to our lives they add much spice
their own sacrifice.

in senyru as well as haiku, the 2nd line should be able to stand alone as a complete sentence even though it won't have punctuation or upper case. I'm not sure that these can. I like it though and thanks for entering

nicely written though a little rough in places but that could be because it is a Haiku... or so I think it is. Thanks for sharing this with us and thanks for entering it into this contest.

Oh yes, what sacrifices us mums make at times. We do our duty as a mother to protect, love, care and discipline our litle ones in a way we feel fit. I loved the way you said so much in such a small piece of poetry. Thank-you again for entering my contest. debs x

i like this.........it began funny but gave a little twist at the end. a whack on the behind.......oh yeah......i've given and gotten a few of those.......lol
