Just a little wit, from POETDONTKNOWIT

I really do admit, I almost wanted to quit,

The fire was lit, and I was trying to knit

I had a shit fit, when the yarn fell in the pit

So I got the oven mitt, and burned my left tit

Then I had to sit, and let it cool off a bit,

So I got out some burn salve, to try to fix it

It was not for a burn, it was for a zit

So then I had to get some ice from the fridge for it

When I closed the door,I smashed my right tit,

So I hit the garbage can, hard as shit

Then I had to get out the supply kit

So if you smash your tit

Don't go into a fit,

Just go on and sit

And never ever try to knit!

    this is hilarious. The rhyme seems forced but in this case it emphasizes the rambling nature of the poetry. Thank you for entering.

    This is rhyming rambling lol. Really funny and I could visualize everything that was happening. It all sounds a bit painful. Thank you for your entry.

    You are sure to win the gold with this funny piece!!! I chuckled all the way through . Can you say "I'm having a bad day" in this piece!! This is quite a unique contest and I don't think I could pull it off nearly as well as you have with this poem.     THIS WAS GREAT. I SEE WE HAVE THE SAME SICK SENCE OF HUMOR.YOU MUST LIKE MONTY PYTHON AND ALL THE OTHER SICK STUFF I LAUGH AT THAT HARDLY ANYONE ELSE DOES.I CALLED MY WIFE IN AND IM TELLIN YA,I DON'T KNOW, BUT WE LAUGHED OUR ASSES OFF.     great

    now theres something that comes way too few and far between.personally i like nothing more than silly nonsense rhymy story telling.its just great.its fun and frivolous and if only everybody spoke in such a manner in daily life life would be much more interesting.
