Last Day
Today will be my last day on this earth
For tomorrow lies more pain and suffering
Why do I have to feel like this
Why must my heart be filled with sorrow
No one knows what lies ahead
I could care less
For today will be my last day on this earth
My veins will bleed the blood of pain
Running down my arms
I feel life slipping away
This is good
Now everyone will know
They will know that Today will be my last day
on earth. Yes, today for tomorrow will be pain.
I can't take anymore of this
How much pain can one person handle
I'm done with pain and with life. I give up!
Today will be my last day on earth...
THAT IS WHAT I SAID YESTERDAY!!!

During the past few years I have ignored painful feelings. I still have them but i'm learning how to write them and express myself better. Tell me what you think.

This is a really great poem, personaly I can understand. I liked the last few lines best:

Writing is one of the best outlets one could have, for so many reasons. It forces you to face things to look at them, lay them all out, it allows you to record them for the future to look at and rationalize in ways you couldn't do otherwise. But most important of all it gives you a chance to share it with people who will be able to relate to you. I think this was a great expression of something that there is no easy way to say. But once it is out there it can be such a wonderful release. I wish you all the best and hope you will share many works with us here, welcome to Allpoetry.
