Sonja
| I am writing poetry and stories on Croatian and English language, and some of them must be translated. It is a pretty hard job to keep a style and to express a feelengs the same way, or to translate it with rhyme. I am trying to do the best I can. Thanks to everybody who suports me. I am published book writer for children and youth, but I am also writing novels for adults - crime, drama and short stories. Just finished my sixth book. Since February 2004, I have been a member of the Croatian Society of Writers for Children and Youth. Since March 2005, I have been a memeber of Artists' Society "Spark", Velika Gorica, Croatia, and from September 2005 became "Spark's"magazine editor. |

One of the best comments here - Rebeka Too many on this site take it far too serious...we are all poets, we are all hacks, we are all just expressing our individual thoughts...no one here is any better than another in that way. some are better spellers, and some have a bigger vocabulary, but who is to say what is art? behold, a blade of grass is art, for it is green and fragile, with slendor texture and bends gently with the wind in the fields..such are words, single or in groups, our words paint life for us...and a blade of grass in a large field must be looked at closely to see it's individual beauty...so it is with each of us, we each have our own beauty. |
