For My Mom

You were the one to give me life,

The one to feed me and keep me warm

You taught me to talk and to walk

You loved me and there by taught me to love.

But most of all you were my best friend.

And I wanted to show how much you mean to me,

In a special way.

M-Maker of things possible

O-Optimistic look on life

T-Teaching me to believe in my dreams

H-Helping me to understand life

E-Enthusiasm you have for everything

R-Reaching for my hand when I needed you most

Although I know I don’t say it often,

I love you Mom,

I just wanted you to know.
