Regardless

Despite some rotten judgment
and a long road ahead,

I continue.

Regardless of what people think of me
or how I personally feel
I do what must be done,

I continue.

I've found my source of strength,
A fountain deep within.

And though this may all seem cliche,

I continue.

I write for myself, to get these words out
Because as strong as I try to be,
The walls I build can't hold it all
and my mask will try to break,
Still,

I continue.
