The Moon was tired and weary; he knew his time was done
So he sent his greatest warriors to meet and greet the Sun
Armed with bow and quiver walking toward the dawning day
One knelt down onto the ground to touch and smell the clay
Mother Earth was standing there; she touched their coats of hide
She said she’ll journey with them, to be their earthly guide
As they climbed up mountains, she cloaked them both in shrouds
As they crossed great wastelands, she protected with her clouds
Standing there before the Sun, asking why they were there
He answered `tis the season, to learn a brand new prayer
The vibration of the universe has changed its sacred song
A new day now is dawning; your time left is not that long
So tell your people “watch the sky” looking toward the sun
The Moon has handed me his keys, his part is nearly done
For all of earthly creatures, people must lead the way
Gather all the nations and walk toward the dawning day
