Yo Hypocrite
You at the table
Speaking of soul
Yet, still you're disabled
Everyone has an objective to reach
And everyone is wanting for something to teach
Judgments made in your own point of view
And I wonder if this is all you can do
I trust in God, he held my hand
And still you do not understand
No explanations to what he's taught me
And sometimes I question my own sanity
Why this insight, why this way
Only he knows, what part I play
I can come to my own conclusion
Point a finger at my own delusion
I know deep down that he is there
I look around and they do not care
No point arguing with you
When you're ready, he's there for you
Why do I know this to be
He's given me something that you can't see
Look at the Bible, take words within
And when you read it, just listen to him
You won't need another's view
For the words you see will be for you
Ah, hypocrite
Life is a thrill
It's a journey of pain
And a victory of will
It's about holding another's hand in need
And watching them crying while you bleed
But my friend there's more to heal
To save you of your heart of steel
Only you can know your truth
And free you of your tainted youth
I'm just here for something new
A road that led me here to you
Yet, I know nothing of why I'm here
So I'll just thank him
And wipe my tears
