It's Been Long Since Forgotten
The Place I Once Loved
With Tear Driven Madness
And Poetry Of Blood
How Quick To Forget
A Lifetime To Endure
Hearts Painted Black
On The Inside Are Pure
Thunder Storms Of Anger
Flash Quick Against The Sky
Adoration And Beatings
Shrouded In A Lie
I Do Not Regret
Courage That Failed
What Doesn't Kill Us
Makes Us Prevail

I Do Not Regret
Courage That Failed
What Doesn't Kill Us
Makes Us Prevail
when I left my abusive husband a friend told me these words. I could not belive them at the time. These words speak of great courage to live. Sometimes for some women it is easier to stay or you think so at the time. I love the way you worded this write. When I meet the person that loves me so much now. He went though alot with me. I was bless by his love. Now I look think how crazy I was. Very well wrote poemm Sorry for rambleing it just brought this out in me -

a true poem it makes us stronger , we become one of those people who understand what others go thu , i am now helping two teenagers who are going thu , they talk to me and I try to help them out

courage is a must and you have shown that. may i ask without offending you why you capitalized each word? it made it a bit awkward {with that and lack of punctuation} so i am curious what the purpose was behind it.

Sooooo true what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger. Then we become one of those special people that everyone loves and they don't know why. It is because we sense and feel their pain. Well, I am speaking for myself here. But it felt like what you were trying to say also. Great job on this one.
