Dry

In this dry and thirsty land

this child raises her head

to the Son

head bowed

before Him

now

now

before Him

eyes raised upward

to the Son

this child cries out

Jesus, I need you for I am dry

Interesting format. The idea of being dry was interesting too. I might have actually said wet myself.

Skitz, Everybody goes through a dry period or two in their walk with the Lord. It is then we realize how much we need Him! So, yes even at times I get dry. I went through a very difficult couple of months not too long ago with my mom and family. But God showed me he was still there with me and that it was okay to take another step on the path. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Noble1

Although maybe not written in a specific style or may not be very long... I love it. It describes your feelings and what you are going through right now so well. Glad to see something written from you since you haven't written much lately. Keep 'em coming!

What a blessing it is to raise your hands in praise and need and receive him wholly to be set free of whatever is holding ya back!! Keep your head up and know that Jesus is alive and well and holding your hand in everything you do, that he is THE healer....just keep crying out to him and you will be healed and at peace. God Bless you Noble1, and peace be with you. You are in my prayers.

And you WILL be refreshed... for it's in our deep, dark hours that He comes and brings sweet peace and release...

He loves you Noble... so SO very much and has just waited for you to cry out to Him with all your pain and anguish... and He's right there with you... and will meet you right where you are...

You are SO very precious to Him... His precious child... lay your weary head down and rest in peace tonight sweetie... knowing that you rest in His able hands...

    I love you.

    ~Melissa
