Divorced saw two young lovers
Silently snuggling in the park.
The light of the moon danced 'round
Passion's moment in the dark.
Seized by reminiscing
Divorced cried for the past.
“Young love is such a fool!
Is there dedication to last?
Twenty years now gone,
Discarded suffering pleasure.
Passion conquered by ordinary.
Rust and age destroy all treasure.
Seize this moment of love
Dream not of the future too long
Forget what has longtime been past
Commit to now and to each other belong
Love enough for today,
As if there were no tomorrow,
Then perhaps you'll be spared
All my regret and all my sorrow.”

That was a lovely piece. The rhymes flowed real well, sometimes i feel like words are just in poems just because they rhymed but in yours it all seems natural and fitting.

A topic that has been plaguing my mind. Written with such art. I have yet to read a piece of your work that is anything but amazing to me.

A very beautiful quatrain, with wonderful rhyme and...well, lovely wording. Sad, beautiful and romantic...yes, I oddly enough found it a little sad :/ Sure it is just me though. A wonderful write!

Excellent
This is a really well written quatrain -- no phony rhyme sequence. You grabbed the subject matter by the throat and held on for dear life. I've been left breathless. Peace. -
