I am a cookie monster
Are you a monster too?
I eat cookies all day long
And live in a cookie zoo.
I'm a blue and furry thing
Some say I make a mess
But when it comes to cookies
It's the truth, I must confess.
Big or small, I don't care
Circles here, circles there
Cookies are calling out
Circles, circles everywhere.
I am a cookie monster
And they say you will be three
So have a great big cookie
And a birthday wish from me.

A cute poem Storm, brings back memories of sesame street and many other early morning shows. Brought a smile to my face and I know my godson ( age 4 ) would love it

Thank you so much for your wonderful comment. I have a little one, well not so little anymore, as he is 9, but I remember the Sesame Street, Barny, Teletubbies, Bear, and so much more days. I know what those shows meant to him as a young one. I hope your brother enjoys his big day, and that you do too. Be kind to him, he loves you even if he can get a little funky every now and then.

Aww wow this is so sweet and thoughtful and sooo well written ! I know Daniel will love it The background and picture are so perfect too I love how this rhymes and flows and the beautiful simplicity of the lanuage means I know Daniel will love it as much as I do I have to admit that even though I made this contest for my little brother's birthday I think I will enjoy all the poems and stories in it as much as or even more than him
