The nescience of hasty judgment
Opinions formed by fear
A parade of ignorance
Why stop to empathize
Just label them defective
Terribly misguided
Not normal
As if normal has been defined
As if such knowledge exists
A man can't be attracted to another man
A woman can't be attracted to another women
Love cannot be found between two of the same gender
But why not?
Love can barely be found between two of the opposite gender
Let love be found wherever it can
Let attraction lie in the eyes of the beholder
Identify someone just for who they are
Not who they are attracted to

I agree with rana, you said it all in one line. Your poem was straight to the point, and worded well. Thank you for your entry. I completely agree with you. And when you wrote "Love can barely be found between two of the opposite gender
Let love be found wherever it can" You made the point I have been trying to make my whole life. Great job!
