Head resting on a pillow whilst her mind floats so high
Dreams of a future full of hope.
Watching and waiting for the fulfillness of joy
A lifetime of adventure full of scope.
Dreams of being a wife, a parent and a friend
Of working in a job that rewards well.
Hope of so much happiness and peace in her life
A home for her and a family to dwell.
While resting on the pillow she remembers far too well
Where she has come from in her past.
She has moved on from the misery, the sadness and the fears
She is free from harming now at last.
The dreams become reality a little bit by little
And she dreams of more that is to come.
This girl is now a woman who lives full of hope
Amazed at who she's now become
