Precious Memories

Precious is the memories, we shared.
To cherish those moments so rare.

I never forget the lingering of your touch.
That made all my blood rush.

That kiss that is still, pressed on my lips.
I can still taste, the sweetness of love on the tips.

As your body pressed against mine.
I seem to lose all sense of time.

Unaware of the world around.
Deaf to any other sound.

But that of you sweet voice.
Whispering loving words of choice.

These Precious Memories I’ll take to my death.
And even the day, they lay me to rest.

Those Precious Memories will stay.
Imprinted in my soul all the way.

As I climb the ladder to the heavens above.
I will still be thinking of that Precious love.
