Flames flickering,
as black as
the molten wax,
dancing a forbidden step.

Licking the air
with passion,
heat.

Glazed eyes, dark as night,
mesmerize...
tantalize.

The fire,
caressing veins,

distant drums,

Though I may practice magick, I do not practice what most of society deems as voodoo. But the actual religion of Voodoo, or Voudoun, fascinates me, as well as society's take on it as a culture.

    That was the primary point of this, just a little beyong R rated. But voodoo is extremely fascinating, in all it's forms. Personally, I even enjoy studying about cult voodoo and black magick, but would never practice it.

    I agree. Voodoo is very fascinating. I'm not religious at all...but I love everybody just the same. I liked this. It does seem somewhat R rated, if you know what I mean. Still, I could feel it...which is pretty good in one way, and not so good in another. Good job.
