Toy bear
So squishy soft
A furry childhood friend
Sleeping with children in their beds
Cuddly
Sometimes he is dropped in the mud
But mom will wash him up
As good as new
Teddy
Funny
Teddy bear hugs
Smiles and laughter explode
Fluffy arms wrapped around a neck
Caring
Protecting innocence with love
Dressed up for tea parties
All make believe

Wonderully sweet poem, something a child would love and understand about thier speical toy. This line could be stronger, Sometimes he is dropped in the mud, not much image, just telling. Very nice.

Oh, this is very sweet. It reminds me of my little brother's Winnie the Pooh, and how he loved him so. (he went to matchbox car races instead of tea parties though)
This is so lovely, good luck in the contest.
