The feelings I have, for you, I must confess.
Before I'm taken over by this sudden emptiness.
Does anyone know what it's like to fall in love with your best friend?
Knowing that it may never work out in the end.
This wasn't supposed to happen. It wasn't supposed to be like this.
Your best friend, you're not supposed to want to kiss.
I know that you like my best girl friend.
My heart can't even break anymore, it can only bend.
I've tried so hard to make these feelings go away,
But I can't help it that they only want to stay.
It seems like everyone around me has someone.
By this point, my heart feels heavy and it weighs a ton.
My friend and his girlfriend are the perfect example of cute.
That's the way I wish I were with you.
They say they know how I feel.
How can they when they all have something that's real?
I guess all I can do right now is wait.
After all, I do believe in fate.
You'll always have a special place in my heart,
Even though you're the one that broke it apart.
