The gentle blue sky above
will forever hold, for you, my love
when the white clouds turn gray
I will still be here, to stay.
The golden sun will brightly shine
aging our love like the finest wine
savoring moments, avoiding distance
being grateful for our existence.
Sitting upon the greenest of grass
sipping wine from the clearest crystal glass
gazing into my chocolate brown eyes
knowing I haven't an inkling of lies.
Then at night, when the sky fades to black
know that I will find my way back
to see you again, my beautiful rose of red
and lay upon the tranquil flower bed.

a great beginning I like the way you have broken up your second line made me interested to read on to the end it was great imagery.
