~follow your call~

i want to follow your call
so i cn be the person that you want me to be
i want you to praise me
not to scold at me
lord, im a sinner
but i still want to follow your call

if only more people would
follow your call
if only people believed in you
for their sake
i want them to follow your call
lord, they are sinners
but i still want them to follow your call

i want the world to follow your call
i want everyon to follow your words
so there would be peace and no fighting
so the news is all good and not all bad
so there would be no jail
and no wrong-doing

lord help the world follow your call
help me follow your call
so that all of us can see you again
in the gates of heaven

A really beautiful write, I wish everyone would follow the Lord's call... He loves everyone, no matter what!
Maybe you could capitalize 'Lord' throughot your poem and the words like You/Your because you are not talking to/about anyone but God, the Lord!

But it was a fantastic write anyway, never stop writing!

Jesus loves us even as sinners, and desires to set us free and save our souls. A beautiful write. Thank you for entering.

    very nice

If more did follow God's teaching, I do believe this would become a "Heaven on earth". I enjoyed this very much. The Shaker
