Observation

Observations

Shane Vught turned to the glass and continued to observe the people on the other side. He had been observing the same people for more than ten years. He even had his own little names for them.
Shane himself was not a very remarkable man, at 5 feet, he was short for a man and his hair reminded one of a mouse
He considered himself to be an extremely gifted scientist, despite the fact that he scraped through university. He chose to work alone, knowing that not many people would condone his research. Standing there, staring through the glass he reflected on this very issue. He craved attention and fame, he wanted d to have his papers published in major scientific journals, but he knew that if he tried he would only be mocked and discredited.

His attention was drawn by Mrs. Green, who at first glance is an ordinary little lady. A slightly stooped figure with white grey hair and gnarled hands. Most people missed the fact that she had fierce green eyes. Over the year, Shane had learn to be cautious of people with green eyes, they were the sly ones. He often had to laugh at Mrs Green, she was a very sly old fox, she often tricked people with her “frail-little-lady” routine.

Just look at her today, she was talking to Mr Blue, a very handsome young man. She was telling him how much she missed having a little flower garden and that her husband was still alive, he would regularly plough the ground and she could maintain a beautiful garden. Shane smirked as he saw Mr Blue melt. Mrs Green would soon have someone spitting in her rock hard land. He also know that
1) She never had a garden before
2) Her husband had died two weeks after they were married…something to do with rat poison
Mrs Green was a rich woman who could hire someone to work in her garden.

Shane pitied Mr Blue, the man was really handsome with his jet-black hair and bright blue eyes. The ones with the blue eyes were usually the innocent, naïve ones. They always wanted to believe the best about people. People with brown eyes were usually very intelligent and thus tended to have a too high opinion about themselves. The people to be most afraid of however, were the ones with blue-grey eyes. They were the super intelligent and they did not put this intelligence to good use. They were manipulative and would do anything to get their way.

Just look at Ms Grey, she was sitting (apparently) peacefully at work, but Shane knew that she had recently set her sights on Mr Blue and she had already gotten rid of his cat, because he spent hours with it each day. Next on her list would probably be Mrs Green. He knew that she would get Mr Blue in the end, marry him, have a dozen kids, take his money, discard him and the kids, have plastic surgery and find another rich man.

Shane turned away to make a phone call, he sighed inwardly, he had a psychological goldmine, but he could not share it with the public. He picked up his phone and dialled a number; “Yes, I’ll need another one of those miniature coffins and I’ll probably need a bigger fish tank as well, double the size of the last.”
He listened for another minute and then put the phone down, smiling sadly as he watched Mrs Green offer Mr Blue some soda.

    Very well done

Unique, I have 'hazel' eyes, what's my character like?? Could we really analyze character by eye color? We could call it:
    'Eye Tarot', or 'Eyeology'??? lol
    A very intrigueing write.

Ok my friend the was both humorous and a little confusing. However, I hsve a very simplistic mind and often miss hidden meanings. Non-the-less, this was entertaining.

that is so weird...but so honest. I feel like this is targeting todays society and rightfully so. I love how you named them based on their eye color and even added a little description with the eye color. this is VERY well written and kept me going till the end. I really enjoyed the last paragraph. Well done!!! I hope to see more like this from you.

    Fair winds and blessed be,
    Seth
