Here Comes The Bride

He was gray,
overcast and languid,
as the sky that day.

Executioner and
ringbearer
waiting

Footsteps
closer
falling

Incoming
clouds
rolling

Church
bells
ringing

He was teardrop shaped,
like the midair rain,
on his wedding day.

    Amazing!

The placement of the words gave the piece a sense of falling or spiraling. I felt like there would be a big crash at the end, to sharp rocks of committment and worry. I liked the feeling the piece gave me..it was very powerful. Great write! I loved it so. =)
