Whadda ya mean I can't play the piano?
Whadda ya mean I have to sing?
Teacher, teacher, don't you know,
I gotta knack for this thing?
Lookie here, lookie here
I got four paws you see.
I can prance along these keys,
To make a rockin' melody.
Oh fine, alright already,
If singin's what you wish.
Hey, just be sure to reward,
By throwing me a fish.
And perched upon the ivory,
I purred, let's start this show.
"Meow, meow, meow....
What?!?! It's the only song I know!
Chalk it up to inspiration,
From good ole' Morris the cat.
I bow down to his talent,
To him I tip my hat."
Ok, so that didn't work
And teacher's kinda mad.
Jeez, what more does she want?
I'm just a kitten lad.
Ok, ok, I get it
I still have to sing.
Give me just a minute,
Let me prepare for this thing.
I sucked in air, chest drawn in,
I had to hit that chord.
Before I knew what happened,
Like a lion I had roared.
Teacher now was smiling,
Obviously quite pleased.
Hurry, I got to finish,
Oh no, here comes a sneeze.

This was a very cute poem. Although there is no picture at the top maybe when you edited it you lost the picture,
anyway I think you have done a great job on this piece. I also love cats. I have one that is a bit weird and also very lazy
