Fire To Ice

Missing image
The red of warmth,
And white of cool...
Together, the yin yang of life.

Author notes

The rose is known as the fire and ice rose.  As seen, it is a deeper red hue that has lighter tips and white on the outer folds of the petals.  It is quite beautiful.

Grrrr, I have no idea why the picture disappeared. But no, it wasn't one from a contest. It was a deep red rose with the outer petals being white.

LOL, you can't have the back, but feel free to use it.

And thank you for the comment.

This is a beautiful poem. Your border is delightful along with the picture and poem. All are very complimentary of the other.
