the reality of our lives
All I have ever wanted to be
was who I was in your arms
Will we make it back to "US"?
Through all this chaos that has taken over
My part of the world has stopped
suspended in motion
Your part twirling out of control
You can't be here right now
I'm lost and alone
missing you
Thinking of you brings a smile
through my tears
I have no pain
just a deep longing
You invade my mind constantly with memories
I realize you need to take care of things
in your own way
I want to help but you think best I not
The days are long and the nights longer
Will this insanity ever end?

Sad and beautifully written. sometimes life is filled with what we think is insanity and with what is going on in the world today, I'd say we have lots of it to deal with on an every day bases and when our loved one is gone off to deal with it, tha adds even more insanity to deal with. Keep your head up and keep looking straight ahead and keep the ink flowing. Love and hugs...
