A Flickering Flame ~ acrostic

Mindful of my own son, like a theater of dreams
You share his name and a love of music.
So, like a flickering flame atop the candlewick
On a cloudy day, like a son you lit up my life:
Nacreous your sweet lyrics of both delight and strife.
James and James Lee, both precious sons adored
Amidst a crowd whose ways oft are deplored:
Music's words you weave and he spins the notes,
Each kind, sensitive yet in comfort boats.
Step out like Peter, son, walk by faith on all life's streams.

You will be missed, James aka Theater Of Dreams,
and know that you are loved by this M♥mma

BEAUTIFUL
Dearest Bonnie, This is one of the most beautiful acrostic tributes I have read to date! The message is spiritual, inspirational-- true beauty laced through and through. James is my AP brother. I love him dearly and will miss him tremendously. He is always there for everyone and has so much wisdom, diplomacy, compassion, talent, support, and love. He ALWAYS manages to have enough to go around for everyone. I am still pouting that he is leaving (and he knows this). Beautiful job, lovely lady. I cast my heart at your feet for this crown of joy he will take with him throughout his days. Hugs,
Belle

Momma...Bonnie Q...you have such a gift. I love the pic. It fits your words...and I am grateful. You have been good to me Bonnie. I never forget things...good things...when the tiniest becomes the mightiest, like a mustard seed.
One regret...I wish...we could have talked a LOT more. But you just never know...
It's beautiful. Thanks Momma.
♥
Your James.

exquisite
This is exquisite and befitting James my sweet brother. You have penned this after your heart and his! Your words are always right on!
I know that he will love this piece!
I know I did! He will be sorely missed!
Hugz and blessings,

Kisses the heart
Bonnie, If James' flame flickers on a cloudy day, it may only be because Bahamut is passing by.
I shall never think of dragons quite the same way again! Everything you write here settles somberly on my spirit, the truth of a special heart and an amazing friend. Everything is beautiful about this acrostic and the peaceful power of the background.
