Do you remember when
We drove for miles just to see the moon glow
Without the burden of city lights or screaming tenants
To the place that drove the demons out of our minds
The demons of everyday life
The factories with clouds of anger
Flowing above it's roof.
The gods at work looked you down
Because your a bunny born to a hippie.
Do you remember when we made love
For the first time in April
When there was no one left to criticize your career,
Or morals, my body, my wealth.
When all we felt was the texture of the deepest soil
In all the world, that molded and conformed to our unison bodies.
Our bodies in unison as the world moved around us.
The world with it's greed, mainstream, it's profit.
the world can't live without profit.
Who has the better car,the better job,the better bunny under his arm.
Do you remember when the world became something so irrelevant
That we forgot to breathe?
Only letting ourselves physically and mentally collide and infuse?
Collide and infuse into something subliminal,
Something so mind-blowing even us ourselves could
Not believe the reality of our pleasure?
I tried to call you last night
I tried to forget all our memories when the dial tone
Relinquished itself to your voice
Steadily stating that you could not answer,
Or in my case, that you could not bare to remember what had felt
So real to you.
So God damned real to you that you could not bring yourself to
feel it again
Because you were afraid that I would not stay.
You were afraid that I would walk away.
I am still here waiting.
Waiting under this hell that we live in.
Under the Starbucks and Seven-Elevens,
And the men in their satin bathrobes.
Underneath the world who is totally oblivious
To what we are actually here to live for.
I am still waiting for you.
I will always be waiting.
Do you remember?

Your probably wondering why a 14 year old would be having sex, right? Do you think it's true?
-
Well, this is a beautiful poem, but is it true? I'm just curious. Anyways, it has a wonderful vocabulary as usual, and it flows well. I loved it. You have a lot of talent. Keep it up!

Well, thank you! I wonder who won...

This makes me sad, in a bittersweet sort of way. I love how you tell a story through this, and you admit you angst and your memories for this person, you express your patience and hope even when things seem hopeless. This is definitely inspiring & I love it.

^That is amazing.
