Darkness overshadows my star,
My wish won't come true now, I know...
Tears filling up my eyes...
Are clouding my vision.
My lips are wavering,
Do I look nice to you?
You always said in sorrow you loved me best...
Well where are you now... when I'm dying alone?
Turning away from this rhyme,
I need my sanctuary...
In the embrace of tarnished gray stones...
I find only death to hold me near...
Floating so lifelessly,
On clouds of toxic waste.
I cried frozen tears so long ago...
But you would have never known, would you?
You said you loved me best,
When my heart beat so cold...
When my veins coursed black.
...When I died that night...
I didn't look back,
I never once tried...
For I knew that in the end,
You wouldn't reach for my hand...
You would watch with those lifeless narrowed eyes...
As I sank into a watery grave.
A grave that I couldn't crawl from...
A grave where roses wilted dead.
I cried for you!
I bled for you!
I died...
For you...
You said you loved me best...
When my blood ran ice cold.
How do I look now?
Now that I am dead...

the truth of the saying love kills is shown vividly in your poem i have on much like it called dirty dove and a story of suicide if you have time please read, great poem so much emotion.
