Nothingness

Forge into the lonely night
A hollow echo
Forgotten light
Temptation is salvation
A silhouette of time
When innocence was life
No strife
Nothingness

The fragrance still too strong
My many sins
Regretably wrong
Desire is the fire that burns
Deep within my soul
I condole
Nothingness

When the time draws near
Wordless conversation
Releasing fear
I will stand my own ground
And finally admit this
I love you
Nothingness
