My Trump

Look into my eyes baby boy.
Do you see the sapphire spheres they do?
Or can you truly see,
My soul.

Take my hand,
Hold it to your cheek.
Do you feel the blood pumping beneath my skin?
Do you feel me?

I'm not sure,
If you can see the thoughts running around in my mind.
If you can feel the confusion laced in every word.
Every action.

I'm not sure...
I'm not sure...
I'm not very compassionate tonight,
To your paper cut!

Will I ever learn,
To show you the thoughts,
The feelings,
Inside my mind?

Words can't show it.
Actions are hidden from your blind eyes.
So what do you notice?
What can you feel?

I think the time has come.
I'll play my trump.
Welcome to the world.
Say hello to my joker.

Your write is very personal yet innocent. i think it is a good combination! I love when you take on the innocent look when you write your poems. Keep it up!
