Always A Blessing

rain
drops fell
the first day
I saw your face,
cascading currents
of tears as I opened
my arms and heart to hold you,
your tiny face, angelic bliss
has graced us everyday with your smile,
blessings forever shine for you, my son.

Thank you maa, my children are a special blessing I was lucky to be given. My oldest son Angel became a good man, and the special bond between my first born and me has always been strong. I am a lucky mother, thank you for your sweet comments.

    Tender love

    Dearest Poetess

How well you worded the divine bond between mother and child. These words reminded me of the births of my own five children -- each one a blessing of God.

    my dear susie,
you are indeed blessed with an Angel being your sun - ooops, son ...
how wonderfully you share with us this uncomparable moment where you first held your baby in your arms. it touched my heart so much to imagine the waterfalls of blessed tears overflowing from your loving eyes ...
I have not had the grace of such a gift myself, but can sense its uniqueness and magic so well.
your gift of tears is a true blessing for all readers who pass by and read your poem, as it directly touches the tender spot in one's heart, right there, where the button is located ... the button to push in order to make the rain of blessings pour down our cheeks in abundance ...
thank you so much, for opening our hearts,

    marion
