The Park Avenue

My life has always been blessed,
My needs are always supplied,
My parents believed completely in Father God!
Though they didn’t always have a lot
The Father always supplied their needs!

Miracle after Miracle surrounded my formative years,
When the Dr’s said we’ll need to do Open Heart to save her life
God gave us a miracle; it became something that was not needed
Right before their eyes!

This event has followed me all my life!
Miracles became a way of life for me.
My faith has grown so very much,
That when I Ask the Father.
I accept it as a fact, completed as I needed.

God has always provided,
And once there was a car!
A Park Avenue to be exact,
Once again the provision of God!

My parents bought a new car.
And they blessed me with the Park Avenue!
She was a beautiful car, and I was so very thankful.
She ran so quiet and had AC.
Once again I was blessed.

Some four months later one stormy rainy night,
Satan stole my car!
There was just one thing he didn’t know
God would take it back!!!!!!

When next I was at church, I asked them all to pray
For Satan tried to take what God had given me.
They prayed with me, but then they said,
“Be realistic you know by now the car’s been chopped.”

To me that just didn’t make a bit of sense.
I looked them in the eye and then I said to them,
“That car was a gift from God, and the devil just can’t have it!!!!!”

Days went by I continued to pray.  I knew that she was coming home.
Of that I had no doubt!  The naysayer’s kept telling me
“You’ll never see that car again.”
But God & I Knew better.
Exactly 1 month & 1 day from the day she was taken,
The police called, they had found my car!

What a way to test your faith!
I had no doubts! I knew that she was coming home.
Just as God Had Said.

This turned out to be a blessing.
You see the Church has learned something about Faith.
They’ve learned not to write things off.
Just simply believe. Just Know God will provide!
Now they’ve seen what God Can do!
