I Love You

I love you, I hate you;
And that for ever more.
With hope and despair,
We shall crash to the floor.

With the peace that conquers.
We will rise above all.
So it’s the peace of our love,
That we shall now call.

So we soar through the air,
On a horse with white wings,
To see the angel of love,
That forever sings.

To look in her eyes,
And see the truth of our passion.
To have to end our love,
In such a horrible fashion.

So to you now,
I say good-night.
And it’s you now,
That I wish to hold tight.

So as we soar,
On a white-winged horse,
I kiss you gently,
With such great remorse.

For I shall never speak,
The words for which I cry,
As I lay in bed,
Waiting to die.

I see your face,
As I say good-night,
All that I wish,
Is to hold you tight.
