Pop has destroyed me

Sitting in the car, with a radio.
searching for a radio station that is not playing pop.
what has happened?
i play unfashionable stations,
how can i have become so unpopular,
hey. wait it was the rest of the world not me.
i never ment for that, it was a mistake.
i am sorry. i tired of the radio.
playing and burning and destroying my mind.
all they play is mindless songs.
i never let you down, rock and roll.
i has never shut me out.
at least rock will all ways have my heart.

    in this excellent poem, the only mistakes were typos.

    hey. wait it was the rest of the world not me.

    i think u can revise this line into:

    even though it was the rest of the world, not me.

    also the line:

    i am sorry. i tired of the radio.

    i can be i am instead

    im pretty sure it was unintentional, but this poem marks a large 'X' for symbolism. to me, the songs are thoghts that keep playing through the narrater's head

    pops not nearly as bad as u might think...im in an alternative rock band and i still listen to it alot so....
