After the falling of leaves in late summer
When all things happy seem to fade away
My love for you will still be golden
Like the first buds on a tree in May
As the snow falls down in drifts around us
The whole world feels frozen and dead
My heart will still glow and be warm for you
Feel its warmth as you lie your head on my chest
When the first buds of spring start blooming
As nature shrugs off the slush to make new
I will still be you're one and only
My whole exsistance will still be for you
Even when the sun rises high in the sky
Burning the earths inhabitants as rises
I'll still be yours forever so dont fret
Every day that I love you is full of new surprises

I love the above stanza. Just...love it to bits. This poem flows beautifully, is filled with love and the clichés work! They work without being tacky, which is amazing! Thank you so much for posting this for all of us to enjoy, and keep the ink flowing!
