Song my best friend wrote for me

Huddle up, that's right
Dig deeper now
And climb inside
Till you got everything to hide
And the world is wrapped around your eyes
Like a blindfold poorly tied

Its dark outside
Those greens and blues are fading fast
And from the edges now
The dark is creeping in
Ready to pounce
It just wants to make it last

Stillborn
You're stillborn
Life abandoned you
Taught you how to die
Stillborn
You'll stay as stillborn
Knocked you down
Told you not to cry

Pull the blankets higher, now
Cover up your face
Until the only thing they see
Is a mass of maybes
And you're shaking now because you
See the same

Slash down rip through
Tear a gaping ugly hole
Right through
The wicked center
Of a puzzle shaped like your heart.
Climb out again.

Stillborn
You're stillborn
Life abandoned you
Taught you how to die
Stillborn
You'll stay as stillborn
Knocked you down
Told you not to cry

Don't cry...

Author notes

I am so proud to be friends with her and I wish that we could always be friends. But sadly on recent happenings I am not allowed to be around her anymore. I am very sad about losing one of my closest friends I have ever had and will miss her for as long as I can breathe.
