Softly the breeze sways
across the meadows
As petals dance in slow ecstasy
almost like a caress
As their nodding heads
dip and bow
in perfect time
As nature's ballroom
hosts
the dance of the wildflowers~
across the meadows
As petals dance in slow ecstasy
almost like a caress
As their nodding heads
dip and bow
in perfect time
As nature's ballroom
hosts
the dance of the wildflowers~

OoooOHHH! Its so beautiful. I like the way you make it sound fairly complicated, although it is a fairly simple subject. How.pretty.
I love flowers and watching them. It sounds weird, but I do. Expecially the little blue ones(I can't remember right now what they are called!). -

Beautiful
Frist, thanks for the review of my poem. I appreciate it.
Your poem is beautiful, it reminds me of summer days when I sat on the steps of our cabin and looked out over the fields at the beautiful scenery. I could even feel the warm breeze on my face. You use powerful words that evoke beauty and serenity. I also love the picture you used to illustrate the poem. Thank you for sharing!

Wonderful
This was a sweet and endearing write. I LOVED IT!!!
made me smile and wish that the freezing rain here in ontario, canada would stop and that it would be pretty here again. Made me desperately want to be a my cottage going on a long hike throught the forest, catching glimpses of the beauty that would be there. Thank you for sharing this, and making my day.
