Flashing Lights, the silence grows
Cameras capturing moments
Some would rather let go
A smile, a wink, a fake look of contentment
Can anyone just be real
Cant anyone be true to themselves
The world is a giant lie
A fake image of perfection
Each life created through deception
So what is true
Not the posed pictures
Where the light is just right
Or the smile is perfect
And the people are gorgeous
No... the truth
The truth is
Sometimes there is darkness
And smiles are not normal
And beauty is a misconception
Pictures may be worth a 1000 words
But those words are nothing
If the picture is based on lies
The truth remains hidden
Capture the magic
In the view of a mirror
Reflecting true beauty
In place of computer generated models
There... only there
Is where true perfection is found
There... truth can be the reality

No this world is not always a pretty place and things are distorted out of fucus to make it look a little better than it really is, but those with the eyes to see and the wisdom to know will see this world for what it truely is, decadent!! This was a great insight into how things have become.

Pictures should be illegal if used for the wrong purposes, many people wish to just live their lives without the whole world knowing what they are doing at every moment of the day. I think pictures are personal belongings and should not be given to others or others should not take pictures unless its given approval from who is taking them. Pictures are meant to be reminders of good times but more than not they are used to bring someone down or to parade to the world who is doing what and when. A picture is a beautiful thing when intended to be but when it is not intended to be good, they can be a thing of pure evil and hatred!

Pictures are a thousand dollars, these days, who bothers with words anymore?
Sure, there is falseness in the land of celebrity, but there is too in our own lives. How often have we smiled at someone we'd rather not see, and how many empty kisses have we given, how many meaningless compliments, how may times did we say "I'm alright how are you" when we felt so much the opposite. -
I hope that you will write more like this.
