Happy Birthday dear Jim

It was a long summer’s day
everyone was expecting
to see the birthday
of a little sun shining.

The birds began singing happily
llittle one looked around
now all could hear hopefully
everywhere the joy’s sound.

Jim was such a bliss
shedding light everywhere
everyone gave him a kiss
you could hear his laughter.

Still after thirty years
he’s a joy to us
every time my voice he hears
calls back” yes, my boss?”

Happy birthday dear brother and friend
May your happiness never meet an end.
