The future is not written.
Nor is the past.
We live. We die.
We travel forwards and backwards in time.
Cosmological time in which the universe expands,
not psychological time that we feel passing.
We live again.
In a never-ending cycle of existence.
For Socrates once reassured Cebes,
"The soul is substance and can not vanish,
just changes form.
It goes to sleep.
Then it awakens.
Living and dead are opposites.
If dead come from the living,
living should therefore come from the dead."
We are matter. Empty space.
The universe is an immense vessel for matter
rather than a vacant empty space.
How much energy
is in the universe?
Let us continue our journey.
Meet you on the other side.
That which we call
the universe.

thanks. Yes, this is one of the poems I sent you before in an email. I am looking for all those things; truth, knowledge, peace, hope, mystery, but I think especially knowledge and truth. I find that the mystery of the universe is intriguing and I can never learn enough about it.

The soul immortal breath of life comes and goes in the Aeon's of Eternity
Takes form upon birth and changes to another form according to the sphere he goes to
The transformation is momentum the reason he falls into a trance or sleep while transformation is taking place is because of the pain imposed from placed from one Shell to another

This is a well written poem giving the reader a lot of food for thought. Energy is always changing form as beautifully expressed here. If it was me, I would say we are experiencing different forms like putting on different clothes and not the energy itself. But, who really knows? Since we are truly not any one particular form, we must be all be connected as One.

Thank you for your reply. I just put this up, wow, I never realized something like this would be read so soon. I don't think I would send it in for money. I write a lot of personal poems even though they contain scientific terms. I basically cram my head with reading quantum physics books and take notes of anything that seems like another clue to the mystery called life. lol. I'm such a freak. I'll keep it in mind, though. I do keep a collection of my favorite poems and songs I've written in a binder on the inside cover. Along with quotes on the front cover. For inspiration. Maybe in the "future". Thanks, again.
