Bonded as one
The the distance is great,
We all have the same goal in mind.
Weak,
We are not
or we could not protect
those who can't defend themselves.
Forever,
We will stand up
to fight those who cause harm
no longer can we look away.
Say,
What you like
we are here to stay
at anytime, wherever you are.

still not the best poem I have ever written. But I like it, so this will be my final attempt for this contest. hope you enjoy.

Hey Diamond! I like what you have here! You only have one line that is a little longer in the one stanza. The challenge to this form is in the wording. You have to work with the syllable count and word usage. That is the challange!
Forever,
We will stand up
Oppose those who cause harm
No more to turn our heads away.
I hope you don't mind me playing with this as I really like what you have done here!

Sis, I appreciate how you wrote this and you guys are definitly making it hard for me to make a decision so I might have to tell mom to extend the deadline. There are only 5 entries and that makes it so much harder. -
