A Psalm

Sweet holy GOD,
You moved and worlds were created

You are He who finds out all things, who uncovers all truths
You see my heart, You know my thoughts
All the hidden places are revealed to You

You are the One who calls His people by name
You call us to the mountains, and we follow You
You teach us from Your Word and put Your Mighty Holy Spirit in us
You offer us life, and we drink from Your fountains

You are the Promise-Maker, and You never fail to keep Your word
You are the Vow-Fulfiller, and Your Name is Faithful
You are more precious than sweet drinks,
More delicious than chocolate truffles,
More satisfying than a Chinese buffet

All creation looks to You--except man
Please turn our hearts back to You!
Please pour out Your Spirit and bring us to turning-around repentance
Please have mercy on us in these days, and draw us into Your presence
We look to You for guidance, direction, hope, provision
We believe that You will not fail to keep Your Word
Anoint our eyes with love for You
We desire to love You more day by day

Bless the LORD, You are the Blessing
And let us say AMEN
