    Brilliant

Love this piece. Short and simple and the language used is just brilliant. Very well-written indeed. You have talent.

Loved your characterization of this feline. She reminds me of Mehitabel (Don Marquis). That last line: "princess and tart", zingy insight into the soul of cats...

What sumptuous use of language! When read aloud slowly it's so smooth it's almost like running your finger tips over warm velvet. Just wonderful!
