Outside in the Space

Behind the door's brown shades
A thousand leaves make love in the mid-day sun
Deep in the oak tree's sway
And up there two thousand blue
Pieces of air make the place
between us and space.

Inventions and gadgets made to make our surroundings
more comfortable are a glitch in evolution
Who knows what we would have evolved into without them.

The human race does what it can to keep its sanity
And not evolve with the constant chaos all around
The change of earth and the expansion of
The universe will continue and we will be left behind

i think you opened this really strongly with the first verse but seem to have lost the rhythm in the rest. all gets a bit confusing but i guess it shows the chaos you are explaining. rather good
