I know your thinking just another cry baby but I've been there I was lucky enough to have my brothers and my mum but everyone has someone or something to hold on to..... i'v seen so much in my short life so far i'v seen people with no one to save them but them selves its sad seeing foul human nature rip us all apart

This is very well written, has a powerful message which is fairly well conveyed to the reader. You manage to express much within this piece, I especially like the sense of hope near the end.
