I saw you cry and weep and ache,
And fall to a dark and forlorn place;
You then grew sick of your sad state,
Longing to see your Lord’s good face;
But now a light has broke therein,
And joy has come to a bruised heart,
As you walk to Him, and from your sin,
You now see His love that’s set apart;
From the mud, a washed to brighter hue,
A gleam is seen in you, thus marking grace;
You’ve made your goal again the true,
Making your race towards His glorious place;
My joy is seeing you made renewed,
Hating the dark that marked your soul;
You seem as one who’s been imbued,
With heavenly things to make you whole;
So, with glee, my brother dear,
I see the Lord has kept His cue,
And I am glad to see you here;
With leaping heart, I’m rejoicing with you!

Glad you liked it, brother! I'm just celebrating Him with you.
Strange and obscure in your writes, huh? Sounds like a custom fit for me!
God bless ya! -
Thank you very, very much Bob for these awesome dedications to me. I feel so honored and encouraged. I appreciate it very much.
I'm working on something for you myself, but I suppose I have a hard time with them because I usually am obscure and strange in my poetry.
But I am trying.
Thank you again for your support. It has been great.
