All God's Creations
Nature's elements are wondrous,
hand picked by the good Lord above.
Awe inspiring creations,
because His heart was filled with love.
Shrouded in majestic wonder,
God steeped all the oceans in blues,
Caressed valleys with slopes of green.
dabbling with His pallet of hues.
The heavens were made to sparkle,
by just the wave of His hand.
Placing the sun and moon apart,
create sunrise and sunset grand.
Breathtaking was His masterpiece,
each raindrop his love detected,
God's words, written on the wind,
as His son was resurrected.
He gave us two eyes to behold,
and to treasure all that you see.
God gave each one a heart to fill ,
with love for eternity.

God created so much for all of us. His creations are found in such abundance here on Earth. Only He could create such wonder and beauty. Take time to enjoy it. It is yours. God made it for you. Dear God, Please Bless this world and all who walk upon the landscape you have created. Sandy

Awsoem immagry. I can't understand how anyone can go trough life without thinking about all the beauty and wonder of the wolrd that God has given us. Have you ever stood on a clif over the ocean, with the waves crashing and just looked out at the sea? Or stopped to examine the scientific wonder and beauty that trees are? I can't believe more peopel don't do that. Anwyays, this was a great poem, I loved the immagry you had here.

Wonderful imagery! And, more so because it is true. How can someone look at the majesty of a redwood tree, or an eagle soaring and not know God? Fanny Crosby stated it quite well, in over 8,000 songs, the beauty of God and His creation. How can the sighted not see it?

Ah, thank you dear friend for your wonderful comment. Your words always bring a smile because I so value your opinion. What I meant in the line, "each raindrop his love detected" is that whenever you see or feel a raindrop you see and feel God's love. Because everthing God creates for us is filled with His love for us. So it can be see in a raindrop each time one falls from Heaven.

Wonderful writing Sandy. I like the thought that enternity is written on our harts...and that is something even the skeptic (you know who you are) can not deny. This is simply exquisite, Sandy! You have created such a tapestry of God's splendor and the beauty He created for us. I don't know how anyone can look out over the various vistas of this world and not know GOD IS THERE, HE LIVES.
As for me, I feel so blessed to live where I am surrounded by virtually everything God created: the forests, the river, the ocean. I live up in the Tahuya State Forest area, right across the road from the river. Every day is a delight filled with singing birds, squabbling blue jays and a precious little squirrel that will take the peanuts right from my hand. God is good!
