Mom

You say I am your biggest mistake
Someone you love to hate
Someone who is the biggest fake

You say im the drama kid
So I crawl myself into a ball and hide

You cut me down
Like a million razors
To the wrist

You say I am your biggest mistake
A no one
Wanting to get rid of me
So your life can finally be free

As we take this walk down memory lane
These tears I cry are not plain
They are black
Same as my heart

So thank you for stabbing me down
And tearing me apart

I loved this poem in all its sad and loneliness. I can totally understand. It seems like my mom and I never stop fighting. She says I'm worthless and the worst thing she ever did. It took me years to learn not to listen to her and (the hardest thing in the world to do) not believe her. Anyway, great job and keep writing.
